A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 40 days prior to the arrival date. If booking is cancelled the latest 30 days prior to the arrival date the payments will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before check-in, the guest will not be refunded.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest. By confirming your booking and paying in advance you confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions and that you accept them.
