Expect to be surprised by a truly original Dalmatian house, all built in local stones with their characteristic shades of brown, yellow and red, the old doors and window shades, and the green surrounding the house. Flowers and vegetation in the courtyard, along with the olive, the lemon and the fig trees in the gardens are just a reminder of the beautiful weather the island enjoys all year around.

The rich fishermen’s tradition on island can easily be seen in the local gastronomic offer. There are 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and wooden furniture in the main building of the house. The 2 bathrooms are all delightfully designed and equipped. A separate extension attached to the house has a bedroom, a living room and en suite bathroom.

Vrbanj is a small and quiet village located in the heart of Hvar Island, named after the Croatian word for willow – vrba. It dates back to the Roman period, which is proven by the remains found in the village – two oil presses and some remains of a leisure villa. It is known for people who know how to enjoy the life and speak with a bit of a different dialect.
